ok. i just bought another gun. it's a beretta (like my others :) ). it's a 391 urika gold 12 with 26" barrels.
there is pheasants in gold inlay and the beretta urika in gold on the left side. the right side has a snipe in gold inlay and the beretta symbol in gold. it has a machined receiver and very nice wood.
so my question is, what exactly is it? i am guessing it's first series 391 so uses mobile chokes. i know the 391 and 390/3901 guns pretty well. what does this fancy gold do for the value of the gun? any idea what it's worth (it's about 98%)?
i'm just looking for some imput on the gold package and urika primarily. were all 391's urika's in the first series, or did that happen in the second series.
just curious. it was a spontaneous buy. since it said beretta, i said i'd take it. now i may have to sell a statesman to make some room for it. i kinda think this will be my main hunting gun this year. : )
